First feelings of winter | Zajamniki, Pokljuka

Nature is simplicity.

It’s been a while since the snow in spring melted. The hot summer arrived. For Iža, my aussie, summer is too harsh. She has thick coat, even though she loses so much hair all year round that you would think she has no more left. But unfortunately, she does. After months of summer, the temperatures suddenly dropped. The happiest time for Iža is here. A few days ago the first snow has fallen, and whitened our gorgeous mountanious world. I couldn’t resist spending a night in the mountains & take photos of first snowy sunrise this winter. I headed up to Zajamniki, one of the mountain pastures I adore the most. This time in a good company of Špela, Miha & Meta.
